\u00a0All Accusys PCIe and Thunderbolt disk array products support the latest macOS operating system. If you use Accusys disk arrays with Big Sur, Monterey and Ventura, please install your Accusys Mac driver as instructed here, you may continue to use it with confidence subsequently.<\/p>

Precautions:<\/strong><\/h4>

1. Before updating the operating system, please make sure that your third-party software supports the MacOS.
2. Before updating the system and any software, be sure to back up your important data to avoid data loss due to unexpected system errors.
3. After upgraded MacOS, Accusys driver would need to reinstall again to enable it from disable.
4. If your MAC has T2 chip, make sure to configure Secure Boot at startup menu for driver running correctly. Refer to\u00a0Startup Security Utility<\/a>.<\/p>

Download Accusys installer for Mac:<\/strong><\/h4>

From the\u00a0Accusys Download Center<\/a>. Take the latest product Gamma Carry as an example, the download path is as follows:
\u2022 Click Gamma > Gamma Carry
\u2022 Installer Package > MacOS 11 or newer > Download<\/p>

Installation steps:<\/strong><\/h4>

\u2022 Execute the downloaded installation package.
\u2022 Follow the prompts of the installation package to install.
\u2022 During the installation of the Mac Installer, you will be prompted to authorize the update of System Extension settings. Please select the “Open Security Preferences” option.<\/p>

For BigSur, Monterey<\/strong><\/h4>

<\/p>

\u2022 Click to open the lock in the lower left corner of the “Security Preferences” window to make changes.
\u2022 Click “Allow” and the system will automatically restart after the software installation is done, and the driver installation will be completed after restarting.<\/p>

For Ventura<\/strong><\/h4>

<\/strong><\/p>

Click \u201cApp Store and identified developers\u201d and \u201cDetail\u201d.<\/p>

\u2022 Type in admin password and press \u201cRestart\u201dthe system will automatically restart.
\u2022 Execute the downloaded installation package.
\u2022 Follow the prompts of the installation package to install, then click \u201cOpen System Settings\u201d<\/p>
